More Than A Resumé is your career-launch coach.  For 10 years, More Than A Resumé has coached and mentored new professionals on how to present, market and sell themselves, and how to have a successful first year on the job.

Your coaching experience begins by first listening intently to what you say to understand the essence of who you are. Then we create a roadmap to:

  • Determine what is most relevant from your unique experience, and how to connect it with what employers need and want.
  • Show you how to conduct an effective job search.
  • Prepare you for interviews by creating ways to illustrate your critical skills, strengths and qualities while using time wisely to both make your points and learn about the employer.
This is a collaborative, team approach. Our work is conducted via phone and email, and fits with your personal schedule and preferences.  The work we do is personalized to your needs, and conversations are strictly confidential. (No checking in with your parents or reporting back to them.)
